PR management

I think this move did not make anything "more specific" or more clear. To the contrary, the move rather clouds the issue of Delaware corporations, and has been hiding the term almost entirely ever since. It also looks like the introduction has been given a PR makeover by perception managements spinmeisters. Delaware General Corporation Law is certainly the less well-known and less plausible search term, but I think hiding unflattering factual information was the entire point of that move and intervention. —ReadOnlyAccount (talk) 23:49, 23 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Judge Kathaleen McCormick‘S meddling in Tesla’s affairs has caused at least Tesla, SpaceX, Neuralink, X/Twitter, OpenAI, Meta, Dropbox, and Pershing Square Capital Management to reincorporate in other states.

Above article mentions there’s 2.2M entities incorporated in Delaware - I am curious to know if all 2.2M entities pay the same taxes in Delaware or how the burden is determined for each company and if some companies are responsible for a much higher share of Delaware’s annual revenue than others.
